The player won €500, but the casino paid him out only €42, because he placed a bet on a table game. The player closed his account. He violated the casino's T&Cs, so we rejected this complaint.

I won 500 Euros at Ridika and withdrew they kept the rest of my bonus money and I withdrew 500 euros they then took a week after sending them lots of documents and only paid out 42 euros I was furious with them but they said I had a bet on a table game so it cancelled all my winnings, well why the hell did they let me withdraw then?  Total rip off they weren't very nice about it either so I closed my account. My advice is STAY WELL CLEAR

Dear Gareth,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked their Bonus and General T&Cs, just to find out if there is something I can do, but they state this:

"Bets placed on all games other than slot machines will be deemed a violation of the Terms and Conditions therefore your bonus and winnings will be voided."

After you requested a withdrawal and sent all required documents, the casino’s security department reviewed all your activity (to find out whether you didn’t violate any of their T&Cs, checking your documents, etc., and this can take some time). So, at first, they let you request the withdrawal of €500, but paid you only €42, because they found out you placed bets on games other than slots, which is not in accordance with the casino’s terms.

I apologize, but I cannot help you more than this, especially not after you closed your account. But I hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
