was told after 8 days (full week of business days) its still "pending"...


How is anyone supposed to enjoy playing on a casino in these modern times that takes 2 weeks to cash you out- if you're lucky??

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

This casino is stupidly slow... I dont understand how anyone can enjoy playing on this site when they take their sweet ass time with your withdrawal every time. I don't even know why I came back to give this site another chance, probably the WORST casino I've tried

Still have not received as of this moment. Will update once its received. So far been nearly 2 weeks since requested, one of the LONGEST withdrawal times I've experienced in modern day online casinos.
