I have not been able to withdraw the money that I won. They keep putting me off and telling me that I need more documents, then they say that i have to wait another 4 days per document. This has been ongoing for months. It's only 100 dollars. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or the finance department. I just want my money. I don't know what they are doing.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
