The player from Australia was asked to provide documents for verification. The player lost all his funds, therefore we were forced to reject this complaint.
This casino is unfair for the payment withdrawal,they have 5working days for withdrawal approved,and than after 5 working days this casino suddenly rejected for my withdrawal and than they asking me for kyc verification but before for the last month i already success do withdrawal in this casino..For the fist time do withdrawal is success within 15days and for second withdrawal 100% this casino never pay for withdrawal money with the looking any reason for kyc.So much better dont ever play in this casino because Australia Gov already blocked vpn of this casino.Thanks

No,because when i do for second withdrawal,rich casino every 5days they always ask for my kyc?
