About Rembrandt..

I read about the fact that i could not let pay out the 1200 euro becouse i had to win 72more..

You putted my 1200 euro back at my account and i didnt feel very supported by your service becouse it was ging very rough amd slow for days with the contact and withdrawal request..

I feel stad about this for days and realy feel like you just didnt want to pay me the 1200 euro out.. finaly i decited to try for the winning of the 72 euro.. and won 348.. 

Now i finaly followed all your rules and steps..did all the deposids...sending documents and mailing for days..almost a week...and ask you kindly to wihdrawal aprove of my winning of 1548 euro.


I dont will contact the chat no more and only respond and Wright by mail.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

Please understand, without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.

Lastly, from the forwarded communication I understood that you haven’t been advised to "win €72 more" but simply to complete the wagering requirements for the active bonus.
