I’m writing to share a deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Red Dog Casino.

I recently played on their platform and accumulated winnings of over $30,000. However, without any clear explanation or justification, my balance was suddenly reduced to $6,430.22. This is an astonishing drop that I cannot reconcile, especially since their terms and conditions did not transparently communicate such restrictions at the time of my deposit or play.

Key Issues:

Unclear Terms on Winnings Cap:

When I signed up and made my deposit, there was no mention of a cap on winnings that would apply to my gameplay. I feel blindsided by this retroactive application of terms.

Delayed and Reduced Payout:

Red Dog Casino has imposed a maximum withdrawal limit of $2,500 per transaction, which I was willing to comply with. Yet, after waiting almost a week for a withdrawal, I was approved for only $500, and I still haven’t received even that amount.

Lack of Communication or Justification:
