None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

  • Could you please list which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?
  • Which documents were approved and which documents weren't approved?
  • Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

First of all, the verification of proof of address was refused by the rare.bet site being domiciled in Switzerland

I was able to make 2 withdrawals on February 13, 2025 without verification but then on March 4, 2025 until now I can no longer make a withdrawal without this verification.

  • Could you please list which documents you provided for 'proof of address' What type of the document was that (utility bill, phone bill, electricity bill, confirmation from your municipality)? Did you provide a document that had your name and address, and was issued within the last 3 months?
