On 3rd December my withdrawal was approved. Now more than a week later I didn't receive the money. I contacted Customer Support and they requested a full bank statement, which I sent. After a couple of hours I checked the status and they said it wasn't received (although in my sent items) I resended the requested statement and now (1,5 days later) the customer support doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about and that I have to be patient. In today's digital banking environment it shouldn't take 5+ working days to receive funds. So far an extremely dissapointing experience with Rapid Casino. They obviously don't take me serious and it looks like they're stalling the payment.

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Which payment method your have opted for to receive your winnings
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Thank you for responding. My account was verified. My withdrawal was approved on 3 December and seems to be missing. I played at various casino's and so far i always received the withdrawal 1 or max 2 days later. This is taking incredibly long. In todays digital banking environment transfering of funds doesnt take +12 days. I had to submit a full bank statement including non casino related transactions which i wasnt happy about. After checking i was told it wasnt received which is strange as its showing in my sent items. So resend and when i contacted your live support a day later they seem to be unaware of the latest update. For over a week the only response i get is that i have to be patient which is tiring and frustrating
