The player struggled to verify his account for an unknown reason. The casino and the player agreed to return the last deposit, as the player breached the casino's T&Cs by providing a phone number which does not belong to him.

As per the internal checks, it is decided that user's Rajabets account will be terminated, and his last deposit will be refunded to him. Our Support department have been trying to reach him out, though the phone number that user provided does not belong to him. Also, there are further checks on it which resulted in users using different identities to contact us aside of many account conflicts.
If user would like to cooperate he can withdraw his last deposit as refund, and his account will be terminated.
