Dear Casino guru team, I want to raise the issue I have deposited 20,000 to the casino and bring up my balance up to 68,000 INR by placing bets on sprots section in cricket and crash game aviatorx when I try to withdraw my winnings, they rejected my withdrawal multiple times and asked for verification. I send them all relevant documents but they are not processing them and also they have disabled my withdrawal button. While asking what is taking this much time they are not giving any satisfactory answer, even not given any estimated time frame, which every casino has they just delaying the issue so the my balance is remain in the account and they make me play and they are trying that I lose all my money until they are not processed my documents please help in getting my funds back.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
