The player from India had been struggling to withdraw 3500 INR from Rajabets since two weeks prior. The casino allegedly provided a fake UTR transaction status and despite multiple promises, the withdrawal had not been processed. The bank had confirmed that the UTR provided by the casino was not real. The player had been advised to wait for at least 3 weeks for the funds to bounce back to the casino. After a period of 22 days, the player confirmed receiving the payment in another bank account. He then requested the complaint against Rajabets to be deleted. We honored his request and closed the complaint.

rajabets not given my withdraw yet they create fake UTR transaction status & said they sent me payment on 14 March but my bank close on 15 march after & they not accept any payment after 13 march am already sent my casino site( rajabets.com) to my bank statement they create new drama always , first they told me wait 7 business days & after completed,they create ne drama & told me wait 3 more days because your bank not accept your From our side ,you will received your payment in 3 days but nothing happened & I contact my bank about This issue my bank said me this UTR transaction number which casino given me , which was fake .they not found any transaction from This number transaction.please sir help me to getting my payment 3500 inr . I hope you will help me slove this issue for me thanks you in 🙏🙏

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if your bank got closed, and the transaction were already sent by the casino, it might take up to 3 weeks for the fund to be returned to the sender before they can pay it out again to your now correct payment method.

Sir my account already verified & many times getting my withdraw but my bank was closed date 15 march but suddenly my bank 13 march after not given deposit permission to no one ( mo option available for deposit) am already contacted my bank daily & am deposit 3000inr my winning only 500inr totally amount _ 3000deposit +500 win =3500 (withdrawn) and am not using bonus to win this amount ok sir , my last chatted today 12pm .am regularly 16days to daily chat them & they taken 3 hour chat with me but repeated same thing.am so sad . please helping me sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello guru3664,

You were given clear instructions in my first post what to do. If the bank is closed, the money should bounce back to the casino so you have to wait at least 3 weeks. You can try to contact your bank to find out what happen with the balance so far but we or the casino can do nothing until the money goes back to the casino.

Hey am Gets my payment 3500 refund & after gets in my another bank successfully. Rajabets is genius site .but casinoguru you not helped me any in this complaint this is so disappointed me.please delete this complaint against Rajabets.i request to you .am don't want file any complaint against them please delete immediately
