This casino will not verify my account. I've uploaded 20 photos and all been rejected. I've sent no end of emails and was told they needed a photo of my bank card with middle 8 digits concealed which I've sent and still rejected. I am so angry now as they are able to accept my deposits but yet when they have to pay up its made virtually impossible. They owe me £300 which I won with my deposited money not a bonus so they should legally pay up. I wish I'd have seen all the bad reviews before even paying anything into this so called casino. They are just thieves.

Hi Nick, I started uploading my photos and documents on 29/03/22 I've uploaded so much it's got beyond a joke especially when they are happy to take my deposits via PayPal. I had my last response from the casino earlier this week which is a generic response despite me asking exactly what it is they need. It's so frustrating because they have no live chat and the email response is slow and very poor. I've stuck with trying to get my winnings out of principle because they were happy to take my money. I'm even considering reporting the casino to gambling commission.

The casino have explained nothing and are so unhelpful. The last non generic email I received stated I needed to send a photo of my bank card with middle 8 digits concealed which I then sent for it to be refused. I'm at a loss.
