The player from UK requested a withdrawal. The casino requested documents and later closed the player's account without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had deposited money into my account by pay by mobile. Not for the first time.
All payment methods and I'd have been verified multiple times.
After winning around £490 I submitted a withdrawal (not my first withdrawal).
At this point I was asked to resubmit payment proof which I did. When I went to check the progress I no longer could log in.
Since then I have had my winnings withheld and no response from customer service in over a week.
