The player from Alabama had been waiting for a withdrawal for over two weeks. Despite being assured that all documents were approved, no one was responding to her emails and there was no phone number to contact. We reached out to her for more information regarding her withdrawal request and to ascertain if she had made any successful withdrawals before. However, she did not respond to our inquiries. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

As with my other complaint Sunrise Casino is affiliated with Raging Bull Casino I have yet to receive my withdrawal in the amount of $1528.44 and I am being told that my account is being escalated but this is going on the 12th day of the time frame of 7-10 business days which I was told that all my documents are approved and I should be receiving my withdrawal within 24-48 hrs and that was 4 days ago and no one will return my emails and claim that their is no phone number in which to call to talk to a live representative. This is not right to do customers like this, to take their deposits and keep their winnings for their own good of the so-called casinos that they are running.
