The player from Oregon has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The casino has sent the payment to the crypto wallet the player has provided and there is nothing that can be done from our side as this issue is beyond our control. We advised the player to contact the payment provider directly. The player later let us know the withdrawal had been successfully received, so we consider this complaint to be resolved.

I asked that my withdrawal be to my coinbase wallet, receive address, I've told them about 4 times that nothing is yet in my account, the instant chat agent says it was paid on March 7th and it was in bitcoin payment, the transaction says paid by Coindraw, I'm not familiar with that, but the agents each refer me to the blockchain hash, and when I look that up, it gives an address and I'm not sure if that's the casino's sending address or if it's supposed to be to where the bitcoin was sent? I tell the agents that I apparently do not know what to do with the info they provided me with, I don't know how to go about getting paid with this info, and I will attach this info *if possible* at the end of this complaint, I would like to say this may not have to be sent to casino as it may just be my own lack of knowledge, so I'm not sure how to proceed, I will wait for further instructions, appreciate your help with this matter, thank you,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No I have not received my withdrawal yet, I wanted it to go to my receive wallet, which was coinbase wallet, so am waiting to see the winnings to be deposited into this account but still not there and am told it was already paid out to me, but I don't know of any other way to get the payment except thru my bitcoin wallet of choice, All I get from Instant chat is another copy of the blockchain hash and its details, but told the agent that I'm not knowledgeable enough apparently to be able to read the hash and get the funds, told them I do not know how to do this but I would get no further instructions, and last time I contacted the Instant chat agent was 3 to 4 days ago and I said something to the fact about, "maybe on Monday can I inquire about getting a different payment option since I have not had a withdrawal from COINDRAW, I'm not familiar with that, but I got no reply so I left chat not knowing what to do again!

I have not withdrawn from this casino before, but I have withdrawn from other casinos in bitcoin and only had one other conversation with the casino since I filed this complaint and did not save the conversation, apologize for that

I contacted the casino yesterday once again to inquire about the withdrawal status, this agent took his time and after about half hour he told me 7 to 10 business days for approval then 7 to 10 days for sending so he said he sees that the withdrawal is "still processing", so I told him that made me feel much better because I had previously been told that the payout was already made to me by at least 2 other agents over the past 3 weeks period so we ended the chat, but at first, he asked if I was already paid the $1900 and just waiting on the $100 payment but I told him no, I have not received any payments yet, so that makes me wonder if he really knows that my payment is still processing or is hung up somewhere, so right now, I am thinking since this is my first withdrawal from this casino, that it prob should be in my coinbase wallet one day this week, surely by Friday because this Coindraw is supposed to be very fast! I get hopeful then get hopeless and from now on, I will copy and paste all conversations between me and the casino instant chat, thanks for any help you can give me with getting this withdrawal, I appreciate it

I sent the casino an email on 03/28/2023 @ 4:48 am, got a generic email back 3 minutes later telling me they wilk assign my email to one of their support reps, but its now Aprik 01, Sat, and I still have heard nothing in regard to my withdrawal on Mar 07/2023 so thank you for your help with my payment issue,

Hello Michal, I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to contact the casino with the open complaint I have, but anyway, you are being assignee to my case so I don't know what else to say to the Casino, other than I still have not received my payment in my coinbase wallet receive account, I sure hope that the casino follows thru with my payment, I really like Raging Bull Slots and see that they have a good reputation, so hopefully you can help me receive my payment, and if they cannot do it by bitcoin, I will be glad to have any optional payment method, and so my deposit was a bitcoin deposit of $32, no coupon of any kind used, so I hit a jackpot and have no requirements to play through etc no max payout, just a money deposit and I don't like all the coupon restrictions, so I'm getting to where I don't even want to use them, bit once in a while, but nor this time, and hoping the casino will do the right thing, because they are a legit and good casino, but their responses are very slow, so, will you now be contacting the casino, Raging Bull Slots on my behalf? I have reviewed your case and just so you know, once the casino has sent you proof of payment to your desired wallet, there is not much that can be done to reverse it. A good idea if you have not done so already is to contact coinbase to check what is going on with the transaction. I will contact the casino to shed more light on this.

Greetings all,


When a withdrawal is requested through Coindraw (which is just a proprietary automated payment system we have developed, funds are paid normally to your Bitcoin wallet) you are required to enter your wallet address while making the request. The funds are then sent to the requested address as they were in this case. We have confirmed delivery to the requested address in Blockchain Explorer. As Michal suggested I would speak with Coinbase customer service if there is an issue.

So, the address shown on the blockchain explorer is the address to where the payment was sent? I am quite sure that I requested the payment be sent to my bitcoin address on my coinbase wallet, so there is nothing I can do now that bitcoin was sent to an unknown address, and it's true, I cannot see how bitcoin can be safe for me anymore, because if it's sent by mistake, there is no middle man to help retrieve my payment, I will contact coinbase and will reply here with whatever answer I can get, this has really bothered my outlook on cryptocurrency usage for anything of value in the future, but thanks for any more help you can offer me besides trying to track down a $2000 payment and Casino Raging Bull Slots, can you check the two approvals again, there were two the same day on Mar 07 and one was $1900 and the other was $100 so did they go in separate transactions or were they combined because on the blockchain, it says $1900 no mention of the $100 but I did not receive any payment to my coinbase wallet account, thanks for checking and helping me to get paid, Can you look further into this for me, Nick? Dear doylefrady,

As Nick rightfully stated, the payment from the casino was sent to your wallet address, which you filled in while making the request. The funds are then sent to the requested address. I'm afraid that there is not much that can be done here, as it is your own responsibility to insert your wallet address correctly.

From the info, we have from Raging Bull the payment of $2000 was approved ($1900 is the actual amount + $100 is the transaction fee) and sent to the wallet so the $1900 should have arrived in your wallet.

I would like Nick to clarify when and where was the other withdrawal of $100 sent.

Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done from our nor the casino's side when it comes to the $1900, the only option I can see here is to reach out to coinbase and hopefully, they'll be able to help.

You just texted that the other $100 was for the fee, so on my end, that's good enough, but thank you both for looking into it for me, I will keep trying to get the payment trying to get in touch with coinbase to see if anything can be done to have the recipient to send the funds to the rightful owner, I have read that the identity of the receiver can be identified and they can send the bitcoin to me, although the recipient is under no obligation to do so, thanks for your help, Michal and Nick

I received my $1900 payment on July 22/2023 about 4.5 months after Raging Bull Casino paid me on March 7th, the very day I was approved, the casino had nothing to do with the delay, it was me that caused the delay as I did not know which bitcoin wallet that I requested the payment sent to, so it took me awhile to understand all that happened, all I know is that I was importing all my known wallets to see if that would work, something got the payment into my Exodus bitcoin wallet, and in 4.5 months, my payment went up in value so due to that I was paid 2526.00 in USD due to bitcoin's increase in value over the past two months, so that in itself was worth the wait, but I can end this complaint, it was never about the casino's fault, it was my own lack of understanding crypto and I have much more to learn! Thank you Raging Bull for the very fast payout, and thank you Casino Guru for all your days, months and years in giving help to all we casino customers for being there to help when we feel helpless,
