So I’m in dispute with this casino forever it took them one month just to verify who I’m and after they denied payment so I lost all off it now i submitted new withdrawal and still again starting from ground 0 everyday I spend at least an hour talking with them everyday getting different answers to my questions I spend some money in that casino I was happy in beginning until was time to cash out . Have all the transcripts for numerous conversations … that’s really sad way to spend time but now I feel like I was robed because they don’t provided services they promised they was very quick to take my money but then is time to pay they just playing games …and not just that they send all kind off bonuses this specific was make 3 deposits and we give you 500 so I finish them and the same day telling me that bonus don’t egoist but at the same time let me to deposit money with that promotion.

hello and thank you so much for helping me .. this casino is bunch off cricks I don’t think anybody get they winnings from them you can win in this casino but you never will be able to get your money. .. Greetings all,


I had the opportunity to review the situation and the win itself stemmed from a free bonus with a $100 maximum cashout which has been paid in full. There was a lot going on I see, what we call "mixing funds" where there were additional free bonuses and cash deposits on top of the bonus balance but the origin of the win is the main issue here. It appears it's as things are as they should be here, it doesn't look like there is much I can do to assist.
