No claim reads I deposited money and made 400 . Logged out for the night and woke up to my account on the game being 0. When looking at transactions I see a manager had conducted an apparent deposit to I dunno who or my money meaning he removed it from my account in game… where it ended up? Well I’m assuming I’m the pocket of the thief. I did not have anything verified or uploaded at that time to withdraw they request you send screenshots of your personal bank statements and I.d before you can request and have anything taken out .72 hours for this process. I contacted the tools that are supposed to help but they again ignored my question and directed me to a email.I requested they credit me back my money that I won back to the game so I can play for more but that never happened.I closed my card so they wouldn’t do nothing else shady and unable to delete my card from the online website . I can’t even delete my account . I demanded they execute this as well and still that request was ignored as well. I don’t mind suing for more money is just sad how ruthless those clowns are I wish I had seen this complaint site prior …beware

As far as an explanation from them they said they found a discrepancy with my card or account? They then requested bank statements from me to prove my claim so instead a uploaded my I.d and sent the snap pic of the claim to them but that’s about
