Hello. Thank you for responding. I made this bitcoin withdrawal request on september 13. Its my 3rd withdrawal from this casino, the first 2 were paid. It has been won the exact same way as the other 2 of my withdrawals, no violations were done and the wagering requirement was completed. You guys helped me with my 2nd withdrawal from them. Hopefully this would be the last but I need your help again please.

But even so, I dont think i will go back to play in this casino. I cannot keep coming here to complain each time i make a withdrawal request. There are a lot of alternatives who payout faster.
