The player from the United States had waited for a month to withdraw his winnings of $1300.07 from an online casino, despite having provided all the requested information. He had passed the KYC verification and had not made any successful withdrawals from the casino before. The player reported that the casino had delayed his withdrawal and closed the chat on him. After the player had provided all the relevant communication between him and the casino, we contacted the casino and confirmed the withdrawal amount. The casino then processed the withdrawal and the player confirmed receipt of his winnings. The issue had been successfully resolved.

I have did the kyc, I won the money from a deposit, but I have never had a withdrawal from the casino before. Thank you for your help

I just went to my account and they denied my withdrawing but put a 100 bucks in my account when I contacted them they said my withdrawing was still pending which it's not showing that, but have to take the 100 back so it doesn't mix funds, they are trying to pull something and then they just close the chat on me, I'm beyond frustrated.

I have received word from the casino that the withdrawal should be processed very shortly via Bitcoin, and that the amount in question is in fact $1300, not $130007.

Please confirm this amount is correct, and let us know when the payment has been received.

As of now I have not received payment or even anything stating intent of paying, all my paperwork is approved and I'm well overt the time frame started in the terms and conditions...I haven't contacted casino since they informed you they would be paying soon, I'll give it another day and try again. Thank you

I get this email today even though my withdrawal already passed review once and I'm a month over the time listed in the terms and conditions, they now are telling me to wait another week, just for the review, then who knows how long I'll be asked to wait after that
