Hello Gina,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the screenshot you attached, and I can see on the bottom of it, that coupon "FREE75" was redeemed. Were your winnings the result of playing with this bonus, please?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Bets regards,

Kristina

Hey Kristina, Viliam, Gina,

Some of our coupons are programmed to automatically remove the non-cashable balance once you have met the playthrough requirement. In this case the maximum cashout was $100 which would have been eligible for withdrawal at that point had you opted to do so. The non-cashable funds are removed as a courtesy as any additional winnings would be ineligible for withdrawal. The $88 was the result of continuing to play after the non-cashable amount was removed.

I see you've opted to deactivate your account for personal reasons however I hope this answers your question and our Customer Service department is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, real people available to assist you any time.

Best wishes,

Nick and Raging Bull

Dear Gina,

Let me summarize current situation. You took no deposit bonus with code "FREE75" and won over $1700. This bonus has max cash out $100, so Casino took the rest of winnings according T&Cs and your final amount of $88 is just result of continuing to play after the non-cashable amount was removed. If you have any additional information, please contact me, otherwise I will close this case as unjustified complaint in 7 days.
