The player from Canada complains that he wasn’t able to open a player account. He did not get an e-mail from the casino after registering, and when he wanted to try again, the website claimed he already had an account.

Trying to open an account and its been 30 min since ive opend it and never received a single email for activation. Filled all the form and at the end of it everything froze so ive tried again for the start and now it says that i already have opend an account.....its sad cause for once the casino wasnt on the other side of the planet in Malra Island but here in North America

Thank you for submitting your complaint and I am sorry for your troubles. Did you also check your e-mail spam folder? E-mails from casinos can sometimes end up there.
