Withdrew 2700 after being customer over 4 months. Been a customer on their sister site as 2 years and fully verified. Deposited 650 in total since joining, 150 via pay by phone and 500 on my debit card. Haven't deposited by phone in 7 weeks and as soon as I won the 2700 and tried to withdraw they are now asking for additional verification. I sent this 4 days ago and it still hasnt been sorted and 8 days now since I requested withdrawal. Spoke to gambling commission and they are in breach as they cant stop withdrawal for verification purposes for something they could have reasonably requested before withdrawal requested. They dont send you email response when promised and ignore your emails. Complete fraud of a company beware

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. I would suggest contacting the casino and find out what documents exactly are required and provide them in best possible quality, correct format and as soon as possible. If all the data is accurate, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.

Please understand, even if your account has been successfully verified somewhere else, it doesn’t mean it’s verified automatically with all the sister sites. Could you please clarify if you have completed KYC verification with QuidSlots Casino in the past?

I do not know what kyc is but I am fully verified including my debit card. I have sent them proof I pay the charges on my work phone (email from company and wageslip showing deductions) but still haven't processed withdrawal now 9 days since I requested it. Do you contact quidslots to help me get this sorted

The term can also refer to the bank regulations and anti-money laundering regulations that govern these activities. This is a standard procedure in a vast majority of casinos.

If Casino didn't respond in the first 7 days I'll extend the timer for another 7 days and if they didn't answer in 14 days in total, I'll be forced to close the complaint as unresolved which will have negative effect on Casino's rating.

We would like to ask the Quidslots Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
