First time attempting to withdraw funds. Initial withdrawal request submitted on the 21/12/24. Their terms say payment will be made within 3 days. Despite them assuring me they would process the withdrawals, nothing has been done and I am still waiting and being told more rubbish.

Hello, I can confirm I have not received the funds as yet and the withdrawal remains pending after 14 days. They just keep telling me rubbish after rubbish and there is no progress whatsoever. I have attached screenshots proving the current status for you. I honestly think this casino are scammers!
