While I have requested a withdrawal, they keep on stalling day by day. Each time I speak with a representative, the response is the same - that they cannot do anything because they don't have access to the accounts department. I am told to be patient and that their timeline is 2-3 days, which have now passed!
Ενώ έχω αιτηθεί ανάληψη με πάνε από μέρα σε μέρα και κάθε φορά που μιλάω με εκπρόσωπο η απάντηση είναι ίδια ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι γιατί δεν έχου πρόσβαση με το τμήμα λογαριασμών να κάνω υπομονή και το χρονοδιάγραμμα τους είναι 2-3 μερες που έχουν παρέλθει!

It is still pending for 5 days and while I told them why it is not progressing they just say there is a delay.. every time I have gone to verify my account it says that it is not needed and when I spoke and told them to proceed with this process so that it does not existence and other delay in the future I was told your account is not needed.
Είναι ακόμα σε εκκρεμότητα εδώ και 5 μέρες και ενώ τους είπα γιατί δεν προχωράει απλά λένε υπάρχει καθυστέρηση..όσες φορές έχω πάει να κάνω επαλήθευση στον λογαριασμό μου μου γράφει ότι δεν χρειάζεται και όταν μίλησα και τους είπα να προχωρήση αυτή η διαδικασία για να μην ύπαρξη και άλλη καθυστέρηση στο μέλλον μου είπαν ο λογαριασμός σας δεν χρειάζεται.
We arrived a week later and still on the sidelines!! I keep asking what is going on and all they say is that there is a delay and that they don't know when it will proceed!! I really don't know what to do shame!! If there was a technical problem it would have been fixed in so many days!!!
