open my gaming account on quickwin in 11 November and I make deposit of 1090+1090 means total I make deposit 2180 via UPI but when I didn't get my deposit in my gaming account I go to customer service they told me to wait 24hrs , I wait 24hrs after that again I go for help but they told me to wait 3 days again I wait 3 days then again I go for help but they refused alla time and close chat directly I also complain on email there's also same thing they didn't want to give my money anyhow I have all proof of payment I told through email that I make complaint against quickwin on casino guru but they didn't reply me since 8 days and they didn't give my money return, I understand that how quickwin eat customer money ,

And I paid on this UPI d.bodkia@freecharge



I have all proof like proof of payment and how they treat his users everything

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a manual process that might take up to a month to resolve. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
