I've been trying to make a withdrawal for over three weeks but even though the customer support chat keeps telling me that I will recieve it within 72 hours the withdrawal just keeps rebounding back to my account. I have sent in all the documents they have asked for, (some of them several times), proof of identity, proof of adress and access to my bank statements. All of my documents were accepted but nothing happens. Customer support just keeps telling me to wait for my withdrawal but it just sits there for a few days and then rebounds back to my account. By now it feels like they are just stalling and waiting for me to just give up. Can you help me please.

  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before? 
  • Have you tried requesting the withdrawal via an alternative withdrawal method?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Thank you for your quick response.


  1. Yes one time, a withdrawal of 25000SEK
  2. No, I've used Zimpler for all deposits, my one successful withdrawal and all other withdrawal attempts. (You have to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals)
  3. No, I never used any bonus.
