The player from India had deposited 4000rs and played games, after which he attempted to withdraw 5700rs. Despite having passed all KYC verification processes, the casino had closed his account without providing a clear reason. The player had stated that he submitted all necessary documents including a selfie with his Aadhar card. The casino had claimed that the player submitted a forged document, which the player had vehemently denied. We had asked the player to forward the same documents to us for further review. However, the player did not respond within the given timeframe, which resulted in the complaint being rejected.

I deposited 4000rs .


After playing some games I made a withdrawal of 5700rs.


After passing all the kyc verification process they closed my account without any reason.


I didn't claimed any bonuses while depositing.


Please help me in getting justice.

Hi,

I opened my account in December 2023.

Till date I had submitted aadhar card, proof of payment,selfie with aadhar card, proof of address.

All of my documents were verified.


Now after placing the withdrawal they are saying that the account is closed.

They are saying that I have submitted a forged document.




First of all I had submitted a selfie with my aadhar card.




How can it be forged?




My details are 100% real and accurate.


Still they are saying documents are forged.


I even said that I can connect on a video call with all my documents.
