Despite her attempts to wager and withdraw her 180 euro winnings, the wagering percentage had remained at 0%. After cancelling the bonus, she had lost all her funds. She had also expressed dissatisfaction with the casino's customer service. However, the issue was resolved when the casino had paid her winnings into her bank account. Hi, I deposited 20 euros at this casino and got a 100% bonus. Wagered this amount in hundreds of bets. I was wondering why the wager is 0% all the time. It didn't move anywhere. I played for many hours. Finally I asked in the chat why nothing is happening. They did not tell any amount, how much should be wagering. I'm really sure the amount was recycled and I wish the owner would actually look into it. I didn't get any replies from the chat. My game account showed 20 euros as a bonus and there was 180 euros to withdraw.


I tried to cash out but it said I should wager 720e all the time. In the end I thought that because that 180e was liftable. I canceled the bonus and all the funds were gone. I also asked this in the chat, but they didn't even answer my question. I'm sure the amount was wagered. You can probably check this from all the bets I made! I think they are cheating with these bonuses.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How much exactly did you deposit and how much bonus did you receive? Did the casino also void your deposited amount or only the winnings and the bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
