The player from India has been trying to contact casino support without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Sent 6 to 7 emails and tried all possible ways to communicate with casino but no response. Initially they reponded and accepted an issue from their and said escalating to next level, but no further actions been taken. I sent multiple emails but they are least bothered now.
Need to know if any escalation process they have may help?
