Hi verified months ago as my first withdrawal was fine and received within a week (seems this is common with pulp) and any further withdrawals do not get paid I only played with my actual deposits and both my withdrawals say successful pending approval

I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
