Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

My account has been verified and has been verified for just iver 3 weeks . This is going into the 3rd week now and still nothing .

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Dear Cdick1989,

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

The casino suggests on its website that it has a license from Gaming Curacao, but we were unable to verify this. If you feel you want to take this complaint further you can contact Curacao Gaming authority here (info@gaming-curacao.com) and submit a complaint to them. It's not the best licensing authority but it may have more options and tools to help players. Let me know if and how they replied at michal.k@casino.guru.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, and I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
