I whit for my withdraw for more then 18 days and nothing and when I try to ask them about they told me they have a problem on the financial department and I need to wait another week.every week they told me same thing you need to wait another week

Yes I pass the KYC Verification because you can’t do any withdrawals and no I didn’t make any success withdraw because this was first time when I played on they site

I accumulate all wining with out of any bonuses and the withdraw is not processed because they saying have problems with financial departament but will resolve the issues soon.when I get in touch with them all the time they told me next week but this happen from 3 weeks ago
