The player from the UK has been waiting for her withdrawals since April 2022. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Been waiting for three withdrawals now since 24th April. Told an issue with a payment provider and given the same spot and paste answers from anyone you speak to. Told will be ‘next week’ consistently since 6/5. Now told I’m not even allowed to ask questions and just to wait. Absolutely should not be trading as they are literally thieves.

I withdrew via bitcoin which I’ve done many times before and has been fine. It’s pending.

We would like to ask Pulp Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.

Last week I received a message to say I would get my withdrawals by the end of the week. Then on Monday I got the same lines about audits and banks and problems with their payment providers. It’s a load of rubbish. They aren’t honest.
