Thank you for your email, Dale. Did the casino mention any specific reason for blocking your account? When exactly did you request your withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

No there was no problem but then they will not get in touch with you and then say it’s been paid when it hasn’t

that was received by them which didn’t get paid and the day after blocked my account and then nobody would reply to my emails it hasn’t been paid they have said it was paid Friday but it hasn’t

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, and I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
