I tried to deposit 820 INR i chose Phonepe deposit method on the casino site i paid the amount transaction was successful phone transfers are instant and never takes more than 30 seconds to get credited so the payment is always instant but the payment gateaway shows that amount has not been recieved i am attaching a screenshot there is no way of contacting the payment gateway




and there is no live chat support in the casino itself too only one method to contact via leaving a message and they never reply its been 9 hours approx and the deposit has not been recieved casino support does not reply at all am attaching my payment proof screenshot too please help!

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

phonepe cuts money directly from bank account and i have already contacted my bank and they said they cant do anything now because the money has already been sent and recieved the payment gateaway did not had any contact on it so i cant contact them also the payment gateaway looked cheap odd and weird... i feel i got scammed

but the casino just does not reply !! i hate to say this but its a scam because they dont reply to my emails and they dont have any live support

Hello teamrocket216,

Be sure to forward the payment confirmation to the casino to their e-mail support. In such cases, where the deposit was not credited, it might take up to 2-3 weeks for the casino to add the balance to your casino account.

All I can recommend for now is to provide any relevant proof to the casino and wait.

they replied very late they took like 3 days to reply but yeah it was added in my balance so my query is resolved you can close the complaint
