I have had many chats with casino already. I have made all kyc stuff. My documents, bic and bank statement. They say they have already sent out the withdrawal. All the previous ones came to my bank account quickly. But now I have already waited over 24 hours. I upload also the account history file

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
