Awful casino. Money taken out my bank on deposit but didn’t show up multiple times. Casino just said it will come back to me but that was over 3 weeks ago and the money still hasn’t been returned. Customer service is terrible and not informative at all.

Terrible customer services with robotic answers. I requested a refund due to having a gambling block on my card, however by using an incorrect merchant code, they were able to accept. The refund has been denied and this is just another case of an illegal casino taking advantage of problem gamblers. Something needs to be done about these type of casinos.
