I won a significant amount on a live bet and decided to withdraw it using bank transfer. But after waiting for 3 days, I noticed the funds were still not in my account. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that there was an issue with my bank’s processing. Anyway I received my money, but it took almost a week. It’s a good platform, but I think they need to streamline the bank transfer option I think they should make UPI fastest option.

- Fast user interface.
- Withdrawal takes long time.
- More payment methods should be added.
