I press the claim button in the email and enter the bonus code and make my deposit.
Didnt get the bonus amount and when telling the live support this they say I have already taken this bonus last year and its only claimable once in a lifetime.
I asked where this term about lifetime was displayed and they live support tells me that its diplayed in the email, I printed the email and show her and it was not there and then she says "You should have contacted live support and asked this"
Seriously? I should ask about some term that I have no idea about and is not displayed anywhere on their website or email.
I think you should stay away from this casino if you hate scammer and liars just like me!!
