1. within 2months 1win processing my KYC verfication 3times.
everytime it took a 2~3weeks.
while this processing you cant use id.
so i use my id about 7days in this year. so ridiclous
my verfication completed this month, after 2days its happend again
2. my deposit payment was loss. i asked about it.
ticket number is PMNT-2027340
its been more than a 1month, not resolved.
why? my deposit about $3500 USD is loss.
