Casino Guru

We want players to understand gambling.

Yes, it is clear and has a large selection of providers and payment methods, but that is the only positive point.

What's amazing here is that you have to wager your deposit 3x WITHOUT a bonus. So if you deposit €100, you have to wager €300 before you can withdraw - good luck with that. But if you do manage to make a successful withdrawal, I wouldn't deposit anything for a long time because the casino wants three times the amount back first. You can literally see it - after a withdrawal, you get absolutely nothing, no matter which slot or what bet. I've had this phenomenon at least 4 or 5 times because more often than not there was no withdrawal.

Now we come to the actual topic and that is player protection, which does not exist here!

Apart from the fact that there is no way to block yourself on the site or set limits, you have to send an email to the VIP manager to close your account. They usually respond after half a day, but not by closing your account, but with very clever delaying tactics. They ask you whether you want a bonus or whether you really want to close your account, because you will definitely have more luck in the future. So you have to reply to this message again and some time passes in which you can happily continue to deposit. Such tactics are heavily criticized on AskGamblers and cast doubt on the seriousness of a casino.

However, if you do manage to persuade the VIP manager to close your account, it is not actually closed. Where other casinos do not give you the opportunity to reactivate your account, here you just need to send an email to the VIP manager and your account will be activated again. So it all starts again from the beginning and is an absolute disgrace in terms of player protection. Of course you carry on playing and at some point you get to the point where you want to close your account again and the conversation with the VIP manager starts again, who of course wants to waste time again so you can gamble away your money again.

Finally, I informed the VIP manager that I would file a complaint with AskGamblers unless I got a part of my loss back, as this would not have happened if the account had been closed immediately. This was of course rejected, so the complaint was sent.

I will post this review on every possible casino site and will only change it if the casino agrees to a settlement.
