The only reason the review is not "very positive" is the withdrawal time, first withdrawal was processed in 4 hours which is great; however, my second withdrawal is still processing nearly 96 hours after submitting the request and customer service can only tell me they have forwarded it to the finance team and it will be processed as soon as possible
