Really awful experience with this casino. Their verification portal does not work, documents simply will not upload. The Support staff are exceptionally unhelpful and will parrot the same things over again ‘try a different browser, clear cookies, try a different device.’ I have tried this several times, and all they do is just repeat the same suggestions.
I emailed support with my documents attached asking if they could pass my verification documents on that way. Support told me that would be "impossible"
Out of interest I have signed up to some other casinos within the fairgame GP NV group. Their upload portals work fine. There must be a bug on Betsomnia website, but there is no interest from the support staff helping. I have 282 euros stuck on the site which at this point is a right off
