I emailed support with my documents attached asking if they could pass my verification documents on that way. Support told me that would be "impossible"
Out of interest I have signed up to some other casinos within the fairgame GP NV group. Their upload portals work fine. There must be a bug on Betsomnia website, but there is no interest from the support staff helping. I have 282 euros stuck on the site which at this point is a right off
