After making a Bitcoin deposit and then proceeding to Bitcoin withdrawal I have now been waiting weeks to receive. I have contact customer support nearly every day with no indication of a reason for the delay or timeframe to expect it. It's not even a large amount. It's $450. I am so frustrated they won't just contact me.
- At first was able to withdraw and receive funds within 12-24 to bank account.
