As I wrote above: I first entered the reload bonus, and then clicked the deactivate button. Moreover, when the money arrived, I noticed some kind of message about an error with the bonus. I didn't bother to read it, because I deactivated it myself. Then I thought, probably because of the deactivation, they simply warned me that I should not play with the bonus. And then I thought, well, if I play for a bonus, it won’t be given automatically. But that's not the point. The thing is, if you watch my session where I just played blackjack, you will realize that there were no bonus funds. It was during that session that I clicked the deactivate button. But apparently your system did not cancel the checkbox in your panel that I canceled the bonus. In short, you get the idea. That’s why I was surprised by your answer about deliberate violation. On your first 3 deposits you claimed the first deposits bonus (where everythings is fine), then on you 4th deposit you claimed a reload bonus, even if on the promotion page and in the Bonus T&C is written that before claiming a reload bonus, you must make a clean/raw deposit.

On the first time we ignored this violation, but after that you made your 5th deposit and you again claimed a reload bonus without making a clean/raw deposit, and already on the second violation we applied our rules which you signed when you registered on our site.

Moreover, as you mentioned in your first review (which you deleted) - you were aware about this condition, so you violated it consciously.

Is important to mention, that you cashed out much more than you have deposited, and this is okay, because we always pay our customers, BUT when you consciously violate our Bonus T&C twice - we already apply our rules.
