It took 7 days, a lot of escalations of complaints, a lot of cursing and frustration to receive my first withdrawal, and yes, I was fully verified. They would cancel the cashout and then ask me to resubmit the payout. This happened 4 times. The VIP manager lies through his teeth saying "it's being processed, expect the money soon" and then suddenly KYC emails saying "the cashout was cancelled, process the cashout again". Horrendous casino. It's a real shame that they play such atrocious games with players regarding cashouts because they had a lot going on for them. They owe me two more cash outs. Over 3 days...To think that every cashout is a fight, exchange of 30 emails, having to go back in to resubmit the payout...absurd. They just hope you play the balance and lose everything...which I will not do. I cannot recommend this casino. You will never find the owner information. The email they post regarding complaints doesnt work. Curacao Gaming is the worst license out there so they wont help. I would not play at any Fortuna NV casinos and recommend you stay very far away. Hopefully I do not have to launch an official complaint against these people through this service. I just want my money and then I will close the account.

If you want to waste your money on a casino that never responds to emails, and that thinks a 50$ bonus at 40x wager is sufficient on 2000$ of deposits, then go ahead. The rtp is horrendous but as soon as I realized this is a Hollycorn casino, I wasn’t surprised. These people are greedy on every level and spending a dollar in this casino is the first way to spend your dollar. 2000$, no bonus rounds. Coincidence? Bad luck? I think not. Play elsewhere. Terrible. The site always crashes, boots you out, glitches constantly. Customer service is non existent here. And bonuses? You will never see one here. Deplorable service and platform.
  • Non existent bonus system. You could list thousands. No one cares. They offer no bonuses. The site crashes mid bonuses, it reboots whenever it wants to. When you go to chat to all a question, they repeat they are working on it.…an hour goes by, and nothing. You write then an email, no response. Over 2 weeks ago I was playing 3 Golden Carts at 4$ a spin. 8th bonus spin froze. It remained frozen for 3 days. All other games worked. I showed video and photograph proof to Lucky Elf demanding verification and compensation as the game max is 250,000$. They acknowledged proof. They have sent me 15 emails saying they have sent it to the appropriate department, along for my patience. They have done nothing. Any serious player should avoid Hollycorn casinos. They keep their ownership secret and they are with Curacso licensing that doesn’t even have a functional email and doesn’t respond or acknowledge customer complaints. While it’s no secret that "the house always wins," seasoned players understand that some online casinos—especially those operating under a Curacao license—can manipulate RTP levels despite claiming fair and random play. This is a blatant lie, and Slotlounge Casino is a prime example of how bad it can get.

Slotlounge is truly horrific—not just because of the suspiciously low RTP, but also because of frequent "technical difficulties" that always seem to arise at the worst possible time.

Example:
You’re playing a game from Pragmatic Play, everything seems fine, and then—boom—game shuts down. A message pops up saying the provider isn’t allowed in your region. I immediately contacted support, and their response? "It’s a technical issue." The next day? Pragmatic is magically back.

Same thing happened with Hacksaw Gaming. You can play, deposit, spin away—and suddenly the game is no longer eligible in your country. Hours later or the next day, it’s available again.

This is more than frustrating. It feels manipulative and dishonest.

I am done with all Hollycorn N.V. casinos, and my prediction? Slotlounge will be blacklisted one day. And I sincerely hope it is.

With Win Spirit, you know you will get your money. Withdrawals aren't lightning fast like some other casinos, but it isn't terrible. Could be improved on.
RTP. I am growing increasingly tired of casinos saying that the slots have random number generators. We know this. However, each license allows you to set the level of rtp and Winspirit chooses the lowest level. I was very disappointed to see this. Win Spirit used to be synonymous with fair but, they offer no bonuses to loyal clients and the horrible free spins on deposit have ridiculous wager requirements. Maybe they have made way too much money and dont care about players. I will spend a lot less here now as they dont value players.

Very poor RTP. It was my experience that in my 17 years playing online, to see an rtp so low. Even when bonus rounds were hit on popular games, the win to bonus round ratio seemed uncharastically low. I did not feel comfortable playing here and closed my account.

Where to begin.... It is a fact that every gaming license has their own rules regarding setting the rtp algorithm. No matter how many times this casino says they are licensed is irrelevant. I was playing 777 Supercharged by Octoplay on March 17th. I got 10 free spins. Free spin 1 yielded 128$ CAD. Then, suddenly, before I could get my additional 9 free spins, a St Patricks deposit bonus ad pops up and blocks the game. There was no x to close the pop up. I had to hit the back button. When I came back to Supercharged, not only was the 128$ not added, the free spins were gone. I immediately notified chat and support. They response was "maybe you got caught up in the excitement and thought you had free spins but didnt". They were useless. As was Octoplay. I then got a response saying, "Well, as we could see, you have more withdrawals than deposits, so you should be happy".
The only way we will stop these corrupt casinos is by not playing at them. The VIP person, Betsy, was absolutely useless. She claimed I got many bonuses when in actual fact I got two. A 60$ and a 40$. The other bonuses were useless level bonuses. This casino is very, very bad. Spend your money elsewhere, not at Hollycorn run casinos.

The only thing good about this casino is the fast waithdrawal on the very small amount you may win. They claim a 96% RTP - absolute garbage. Out of all the Galaktika N.V run casinos, this one is by far the worst. Thousands deposited and they gave a 25$ bonus. In 16 years, I have never seen a greedier casino that fundamentally doesnt treat their clients with respect or value.
