Be away from this casino and do not try to go further more and be loyal to them. Because the more you play and start to win and get loyal to them the more they neglect you and try to find any reason or excuse to prevent you from withdrawal of your money. even I reach the level 137 out of 176 levels as loyal member and VIP member they seemed to decide to get rid of me by indirect way. They have refused to verify my recent bank card finding any excuse. They even do not review my new uploaded documents to verify the card . Documents are stuck there with pending status and under review for long time now and when I request withdrawal they reject it immediately while their majesty refuse to review my verification documents. their majesty even believe that they are above any kind of criticization and sitting in their tower and do not care neither about whatever I have complained nor about how many times i have complained. All I have asked them about is to review my verification documents. you can imagine. This sounds out as if they have used me up and robbed my money and now it is time to get rid of me. You can imagine this is the way they treat a VIP member with. Now after I have complained against them I expect that they will reject my documents even I have uploaded pdf file about Card confirmation received from Revolut company which issued my virtual card. This document confirms my name the card number, expiry date and address. so there is no excuse to reject the verification of the card.
