I created an account using a deposit bonus when I won and played through the wagering requirements of the bonus I continued to win and managed to get £2500. I tried to get the account verified but upload on site continued to show error messages so I emailed all the requested documents to them. They uploaded all documents apart from my proof of address when I finally managed to get through to live chat( not helpful at all) I was told it had to be paper based evidence not screenshot of my online account so I sent a pic of my paper statement . Two days later this was still not uploaded bearing in kind they also had my driving licence which showed my address. They then proceeded to deduct £2313 from my account balance saying I was in breach of my bonus terms and conditions. How we as stated I had already played the wagering requirements I have raised an official complaint and waiting for a resolve. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CASINO
