It finally took me getting to an agent who was willing to break script and inform me that there was KYC documents that needed to be filled out on a special tab in my user profile. Once those were filled out I was paid within 24 hours, in full.

I'd love to see CyrptoLeo more clearly highlight the KYC requirement during the first withdrawal.
