I have never experienced such an awful and disrespectful VIP support. There is a VIP manager called Roman, who you can contact on Telegram. This guy is ignoring your messages and despite depositing and losing over 5000€ in the last 2 weeks, he still tells you thag you have to be more active in order to grt some freebets... The support does nothing and doesnt even reply to complaints. This is not a rewarding casino or sportsbooking site. There are way better alternatives.

I registered here a couple of days ago to place bets on some football matches. I dwposited two times and didnt still receive the first dwposit bonus. I have tried to contact the live chat, which is nwver online. I have written over 15 3mails and yet no reply. Their customer seevice is literally not existing...
